The conference will take place at the Mercure Cité Mondiale, which is located on the banks of the Garonne, in the historic center of Bordeaux. The availability is limited, so we recommend that you book early. Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first served“ basis.

We have arranged for a number of hotel accommodations in different categories. Selected hotels are easly reachable from the conference location (15mn walking or 5mn tramway). A free public transportation pass will be provided in the registration bag for the duration of the conference. The availability is limited, so we recommend that you book early.
