The fees for the pre-­conference and main conference program are shown in the table below. Registration fees are in Euro (EUR) and include all applicable taxes.

Please note: the refund for any cancelled registration will be subject to an administrative overhead fee of €125 if canceled by November 19, 2018 (11:59pm CET). Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made after this date and time, and may only be issued at the discretion of the conference organizers depending on conference finances. In addition, to prevent fraud, if a registered attendee has requested a visa support letter, refunds will only be issued if the person registered provides satisfactory proof to Middleware’18 organizers that he/she applied for a French visa and was denied. The deadline above and the administrative fees still apply.
