Registration

The conference registration should be made using the CEVENT website.

Authors should register their paper by November 8th, 2025. If the registration is not received in time, the paper will not be included in the conference program and proceedings.
There should be at least one full registration per paper.
Students (as non-authors or as additional authors) can benefit from a discount. Discounts are also available for ACM or IFIP members.

Note that the early registration for the conference ends November 30, 2025.

What Is Included In The Registration

Full conference registrations include participation in the main Middleware program and pre-conference program. Coffee breaks and lunches are provided, as well as one reception and one banquet dinner.

Additional Banquet Tickets

Additional banquet tickets can be purchased for 75 USD during the registration process.

Please note: Dinner reception tickets are included with Full Conference Package.
This purchase is for attendees who do not have Full Conference Package or need to purchase a Dinner Reception Ticket for their Guest.

Cancellation Policy

Note that no cancellation and no refunds are possible.

Students Grants

Limited travel grants are available for US-based students only and preference will be given to Doctoral Symposium students.

Stay tuned for information on applying for travel grant.

International Students Grants

We are also actively seeking travel grant support for international students, but do not have anything to report at this time
